The Project Coordinator will sustain and support the Facilitated Enrollment Sales department by providing administrative support and ad hoc assistance.


  • Manage VP’s phone lines and Outlook calendars
  • Assist with conference room bookings (on-site or off-site) for management meetings and sales divisional meetings and draft meeting minutes as needed
  • Compile daily production report
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various senior management meetings and major events
  • Enter ServiceNow tickets for new hires and monitor the ticket status for completion
  • Assist in the preparation of equipment and materials deployment for the new hire class
  • Order COI form for the new hires and update the COI folder on the shared drive
  • Coordinate with the Field Sales Managers to efficiently communicate/troubleshoot equipment issue (laptop, scanner, cell phone and etc.) with the IS technician to provide an effective solution in a timely manner
  • Manage, order, and arrange delivery of electronic equipment, office supplies, business cards, ink/toner cartridges and copies of various forms (COI and etc.)
  • Collect and ensure that the terminated sales employee’s equipment and other organization’s belongings are returned to the appropriate departments
  • Update Acom entries to ensure the staff change/movement are recorded appropriately and accurately based on the most updated team listings provided
  • Obtain VP’s approval for corporate sponsorship dinner galas and outreach the corresponding business partners to obtain necessary paperwork as needed
  • Additional duties and special projects as assigned based on business needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS/GED
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Must be able to work within a diverse, multi-cultural work environment
  • Must be able to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bilingual
