Job Overview:

The purpose of the Corporate Systems Analyst is to support finance and human resources systems with a focus on Kronos. This position will utilize the defined project process from requirements gathering and documentation through customization development, testing and migration. This position will work in a complex technical environment requiring a multi-product solution (Time & Attendance, Human Resources, Finance and Payroll), as well as product integration and/or custom solutions.


  • Lead the implementations and projects associated with Kronos
  • Responsible for the reliability of all scheduled jobs between the multi-product solutions
  • Kronos performance and functionality will also be a top priority ensuring 24×7 application software/hardware availability in support of mission critical business requirements
  • Manage Kronos system configurations and user set-up
  • Recommend improvements for the business analysis process
  • Provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues while maintaining data integrity within the application
  • Work closely with management in planning large-scale projects
  • Gather requirements, analyzes, creates design documents, and performs impact analysis for application changes
  • Plan and organize for assigned tasks and report progress in defined intervals
  • Plan and test application and database changes, installation of upgrades, patches and new versions, interaction with Development, Business Process Owners and Infrastructure teams
  • Work with cross project and Kronos Global Support Teams to resolve functional performance/operational issues
  • Provide advanced Kronos Application functional support
  • Flexibility to cover system implementations, which can occur outside of normal business hours
  • Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Work with existing systems to track and manage requests and issues
  • Troubleshoot failures in scheduled jobs
  • Assist with projects as required to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the work
  • Attend management meetings on behalf of team
  • Mentor junior members of the Kronos team


  • Bachelors in Information Systems/IT or Business
  • Proficient in Kronos, including at least three years of experience in a warehousing/logistics/fulfillment environment
  • Experience in collecting requirements and producing documentation
  • Experience with systems change management processes
  • Preferred experience with finance and human resource systems such as Work Day, Success Factors, Lawson, Dynamics, NetSuite, Intacct, etc.
  • Preferred experience with a Tier 1 Warehouse Management System
  • Softeon experience is a plus
  • Preferred experience in Logistics

  • Ability to provide training to company associates on Kronos, including (but not limited to) tasks such as clock in/clock out and accessing Management Report

  • Proactive and determined approach to solutions
  • Completed project work for medium to large size organizations
  • Thorough understanding of essential business functions in order to translate business requirements into system configurations
