  • Supports Audit & Risk Remediation support, Attestation Coordination, Policy and Procedure Management, and Process Re-design

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Validates the design and operational effectiveness of existing IT processes which may include walkthroughs, process flows, testing, redesign, and remediation validation
  • Coordinates materials to satisfy any assessment requests, which may result from internal and external audits, readiness assessments, request for proposal/information activities, and internal/external remediation efforts
  • Analysis of assigned reviews over IT systems, projects, and processes to analyze, integrate, transform and create efficient, sustainable, and compliant results across IT, which leverages industry recognized practices where feasible
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in performing business analysis, process improvement, IT audit, or process analysis (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (Preferred)
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) (Preferred)
  • Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
  • Certified Business Analyst (CBA) (Preferred)
