Job Description: 

Responsible for testing of the claims systems. Develop testing requirements to meet business needs or other requirements, researching problems, and planning solutions. Conduct analyses of business and user specifications, documenting requirements and revising existing logic, as necessary. Execute test, log issues and work with the development team to resolve.


  • Manage multiple projects, manage testing setup, reporting and regression and implementation testing
  • Set project expectations with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify test requirements from specifications
  • Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
  • Responsible for project documentation such as specifications and testing evidence on projects
  • Expert analysts with the ability to work directly with technical staff so that business needs are met in the systems
  • Daily testing of projects and reported error/bugs
  • Develop and implement processes, procedures, forms, work instructions, and tools to monitor and improve quality assurance processes
  • Work on special projects as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or experience minimum of 2+ years of relevant QA technical experience
  • 2 + years claims insurance experience
  • Property/casualty insurance field or e-business systems experience is a plus
