Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support business needs by using MS CRM 2013 out of the box functionality
  • Customize the MS CRM 2013 using standard MS CRM “no code” tools such as Workflows, Solutions, Forms, Reports and third-party add-ons and solutions
  • Deploy MS CRM instances – development, test and production
  • Create technical specifications for CRM development team, plan and schedule development process, coordinate development process, review and test the solutions, work with infrastructure team to deploy the solutions in production
  • Create training and technical documentation describing CRM functionality for users and technical staff
  • Assist infrastructure with upgrades, patching and optimization of the existing CRM environment
  • Assists the Director, IT Applications with special projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution and five or more years related practical business analyst experience
  • Superior communication skills, analytical skills, project management, and business expertise is required
  • Good listener who can deal with ambiguity and facilitate productive dialogue among related work groups
  • Strong understanding of and experience with Microsoft operating systems with advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio and MS Project
  • Additional requirements in understanding databases, basic SQL knowledge, application architecture, algorithmic thinking and process mapping
