The role is responsible for supporting the design, development, and production of executive presentations for our technology organization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, producing and updating presentations using Power Point and/or Keynote. The candidate will contribute to the success of executive speaking engagements and initiatives by developing design and layout solutions based on project communication objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional Power Point and Keynote presentation design experience
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Arts or related experience
  • Expert knowledge and experience with latest versions of PowerPoint and Keynote, including creating slide masters, designing for various output media (projection, monitors and print-outs), object animations, embedding video
  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, targeting audiences at many levels in the organization, including senior executives
  • Demonstrate presentation design skills by creating clear, compelling stories from technical information and business analytics
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills (i.e. animation, builds, dynamic charts, diagrams, flowcharts and infographics) and clean design aesthetic
  • Ability to offer key executives consultancy-type service when developing meeting and business update presentations
  • High-energy and fast-learner that is flexible and able to manage requirements across multiple projects and teams
  • Ability to work either independently or closely with others as the needs of the project dictates
  • Understanding of all stages in project and development lifecycle and delivery approaches (eg: agile, scrum, waterfall)
  • Proficient/Expert using Office 365 products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Planner, Visio, SharePoint 2013-2016)
  • Working knowledge of graphic design programs like the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and an understanding of PC and MAC environments
