  • Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day production; scheduling, trafficking and execution

  • Takes ownership of assigned projects; including creating and monitoring schedules and/or work back summaries with milestones identified
  • Create and maintain detailed tracking reports, custom and specific to each job
  • Update job specifications, throughout projects as variables are defined
  • Set-up department meetings as required throughout the schedule
  • Quality control
  • Ensure content accuracy and specifications
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts for print quotes
  • Provide detailed internal department updates

Partnership, Support, and Integration:

  • Maintain strong fiscal oversight of expenses to ensure budgets are managed throughout the year
  • Identify ways to control costs and utilize resources more efficiently
  • Manage and maintain the event marketing calendar so that it accurately reflects all activities
  • Manage and supervise outside vendors, suppliers, and agencies
