The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects on the Workforce Management roadmap, including time, attendance and scheduling replacement.
  • Ensure scope is accurately defined and mapped
  • Ensure a process/tools are available to manage scope throughout project
  • Manage scope change processes with product owner and team schedule, dependency and timeline
  • Create program/project/sprint/release plans and monitors dependencies
  • Ensure scheduling of key deliverables, milestones and tasks
  • Ensure tools are up-to-date with current project status

  • Create/establish/maintain program and project financials forecast
  • Risk and issue management
  • Collaborate with team to proactively identify risks and drives identification and execution of mitigation plans before they become issues
  • Partner to quantify risk likelihood and impacts
  • Communicate to leadership on risk status, trend, impact and status of mitigation plans
  • Project/product delivery
  • Confidently lead and direct cross-functional project teams through high-priority, complex projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration and interaction with project sponsor team
  • Work with cross-discipline delivery leads and team members to validate project assumptions, dependencies and review plans with senior leadership
  • Serve as primary liaison for the successful partnership of multiple team members, including project controller, solution engineer, application teams, infrastructure, planning, business partners, vendors and other key functional delivery roles
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, in a cross-functional technical delivery capacity with a focus on Agile delivery and Agile delivery tools such as VersionOne, Jira, etc.
  • Proven experience in leading complex and/or strategic projects or multi-threaded efforts
  • Proven facilitator that can lead project meetings and large workshops driving commitments, accountability, and deliverables
  • Proven experience in all aspects of project budget management and the ability to establish, control and communicate financial information
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating with key senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience leading Workforce Management projects
Required Education: 
  • Minimum college/undergraduate degree (e.g., B.S. /B.A)
Preferred Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology/engineering field
