As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of several engineers. You’ll also function as the interface between product and other engineering teams, participating in coordination, alignment, delivery management and the overall execution of cast facing applications.

  • Prioritize and multi-task in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of day-to-day project statuses, updates, and risks
  • Promote team synergy among team members and foster transparent communication
  • Build strong relationships with partnered engineering teams, cultivating relationships across engineering and technical teams while serving directly as the end-to-end liaison in software development
  • Manage the execution of deliverables via clearly defined milestones, and timelines
  • Minimize timeline deviations by clearly identifying program risks and communication of strategies
  • Progressive demonstrate increasing knowledge of products and software applications
  • Recommend improvements to processes, technology, and coding practices that improve the effectiveness of the team

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressively related experience in leading and managing Agile technology teams to plan, design, develop and implement software applications
  • Management/leadership skills
  • Experience in leading Agile studios
  • Experience of putting together high quality, executive-ready, decks to provide project status updates
  • Technical (hard) skills
  • Network knowledge such as WiFi, Cellphone signals; location-based beacon technology
  • Prior Java development experience
  • Agile/Scrum certification
  • Understanding of industry best-practice processes related to software/application development
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, passion for consumer software
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with hospitality industry – hotel management systems/applications
  • Tools – JIRA and Confluence knowledge.

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent
