  • Assists staff in a variety of tasks that help maintain proper work flow and meet time sensitive deadlines within the pharmacy department

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Labels incoming faxes in the RightFax application to help ensure critical DER turn-around timeframes are met
  • Logs, researches, and processes Direct Member Reimbursements received by the pharmacy department
  • Logs and processes medical claims received by the department
  • Assists with processing of DERs using the Peradigm and WHI applications
  • Organizes a variety of administrative and clinical task and prioritizes job tasks in order of importance and impact on members and providers
  • Performs special projects as assigned


  • A High School or GED

Work Experience:

  • 0-6 months experience in an office environment that allowed for attention to detail and the ability to work within timelines
  • No Experience


  • Ability to evaluate information from both oral and written sources


  • Use of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

Level of Supervision Received:

  • Under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks only as instructed, subject to regular check of performance
