  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the strategic and tactical activities related to growing new revenue through a sales and solutions mindset.
  • Oversee national and/or major customer accounts
  • Support the design and implementation of national sales and marketing programs for increasing profit
  • Create and sustain effective relationships with potential and current customers
  • Develop solutions, drive innovation, foster continuous improvement, and make recommendations for potential product/service enhancements to increase sales
  • Prepare sales forecasts, quotes and support special projects and assignments as needed


  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales quota
  • Effectively manage the entire sales process life cycle with warm leads
  • Ability to prospect and cold call, if needed
  • Communicate effectively with sales management
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support growth and development of our business needs
  • Proactively manage assigned existing customer relationships to maintain retention
  • Grow revenue by creating up-sell opportunities that bring value to existing customers
  • Articulate value proposition to the appropriate buyers within territory opportunities
  • Monitor and audit all sales opportunities and follow-up in a timely manner to close new and existing business opportunities
  • Network with industry influencers and buyers, consultants, and existing clients
  • Display a strong fundamental understanding of core business drivers of medical practices and billing services
  • Ability to strengthen relationships to build a referring base
