The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support with the recruitment of highly qualified employees. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support in all administrative levels of the Talent Acquisition team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team with candidate management, administration, and process completion
  • Responsible for the candidate pre-employment process including: creating/sending out candidate pre-employment offer letters, administering background checks & drug test screenings
  • Coordinate interviews and schedule candidates to meet with hiring manager
  • Responsible for the full onboarding process for new hire employees and hiring-related paperwork through current onboarding software
  • Responsible for creating electronic personnel files for all new hires and employee changes; including checking to ensure completeness and that the necessary supporting documentation is provided, where applicable
  • Must demonstrate a functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to: U.S. Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets & Control, Anti-Money Laundering, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Bank Bribery Act

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Some college preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience or combination of education and experience
  • Experience may be substituted for the education
  • Technically savvy (a MUST)
  • Excellent abilities to build rapport
  • Well-organized, ability to meet deadlines, and uphold a high level of integrity and work ethic
