Project Support:

The Maximo Project Assistant position requires an understanding and working knowledge of Maximo functional capabilities and workflows primarily in the area of facilities operations and maintenance. This person will be directed by the Maximo Planner. Main functions will be analytics in Maximo, creating source requests, assets and Preventive Maintenance (PM)s.


  • Gather data requirements for Maximo workflow processes
  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Data Creation, deployment of KPIs, inventory
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
  • Work closely with Maximo Planner

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited college/university, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or related work experience
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience working with IBM Maximo
  • Understanding of Maximo workflows and escalations

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Ability to expand Maximo, database, and reporting and building technology skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills, and demonstrate the ability to work and communicate well with a variety of people (management, technical specialists/technicians) in a professional and courteous manner
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
  • Work independently with little definition and without supervision, exercises sound judgment and considerable initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations

Required Education:

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
