Description:
- Perform administrative and non-routine clerical duties requiring knowledge of general systems, procedures and techniques
- Duties may include classifying, indexing, cross-referencing, and filing of standard and/or non-standard materials; posting data; keeping records and research, typing letters, forms, memos, reports
- Primary function of the position is to track cast member incentive eligibility and distribution for a new wellness program
- Worker will be provided with lists of cast members each week that have participated in this program – this worker will be responsible for tracking which events a CM attends, incentives they are eligible for, and which awards have been distributed
- All data will be listed in a master Excel spreadsheet.
- Our client’s executives will be monitoring this wellness program – the worker must be polished and professional at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with managing non-complex projects
- Proven track record of working with confidential information
- Experience supporting an executive is highly preferred
- Excel testing scores are welcome
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have experience with Excel (advanced experience is required)
- 3-5+ years of administrative experience is required
- Must have computer-based experience
- Must be polished and professional at all times
- Must be open to various administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, answering phones, etc.)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
