Reporting Analyst
Overview
We're looking for a Business Reporting Analyst to support a Product & Program Development team in the vacation ownership and hospitality industry. You'll gather and prepare data, build reports that track how products and programs are performing, and turn what you find into clear presentations for leadership. This role suits someone early in their career who enjoys analysis and presenting, is comfortable with detailed data entry, and likes working with many teams. The position is fully remote, but candidates must live in the Orlando, FL area.
Responsibilities
- Enter, collect, clean, and process data files to support manual business processes for new products and programs
- Build reports that track and measure performance across products, programs, and special projects, and find ways to make reporting more efficient
- Analyze data and share findings and recommendations with team and department leadership
- Prepare ad hoc presentations and department status reports for stakeholders at all levels
- Work with finance and accounting partners to forecast monthly spend on special projects and reconcile it against actual costs
- Prepare accurate financial files and submit them by each reporting deadline
- Work with internal partners across brand, legal, finance, and accounting
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong hands-on PowerPoint skills, including building polished presentations ready for executives
- Comfortable with ongoing, detail-heavy manual data entry
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to juggle several tasks and meet deadlines with little supervision
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Must live in the Orlando, FL area
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating projects or programs
- Some familiarity with Microsoft Project
- Experience presenting analytical insights to business teams or leadership
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Background in travel or hospitality
