4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple Certified Medical Assistants for a growing remote care management company that partners with medical practices across the U.S. These are full-time, fully remote 1099 contractor roles. Certified Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage a monthly caseload of 220 to 250 members across multiple medical practices
  • Make outbound calls to members who are already enrolled in care programs. This is not cold calling.
  • Support members in Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) programs
  • Build ongoing relationships with members and support their care management needs
  • Complete accurate, thorough documentation and follow-up tasks after each interaction
  • Plan your daily workload, prioritize tasks, and track your progress against performance targets
  • Follow established procedures and keep work compliant with quality audits
  • Communicate promptly with the team about technical issues or anything that affects your workday

Certified Medical Assistant Qualifications:

  • Active national Medical Assistant certification (AAMA, NHA, NCCT, NAHP, or similar). Single-state certifications, diplomas, and completion certificates don’t qualify. 
  • Clear, friendly phone communication and a real interest in connecting with patients. 
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision
  • Comfortable with technology, including Slack, Google Workspace, and EHR systems
  • Your own computer, plus a quiet, dedicated place to work. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization. 

Certified Medical Assistant Preferred Qualifications:

  • Chronic care management experience
  • Experience working toward weekly KPIs or productivity metrics
  • High-volume phone or patient outreach experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) or Russian (preferred) 

Remote Enrollment Specialist Details:

  • Location: Fully remote, must be in U.S. 
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm in your local time zone
  • Pay Rate: Paid per completed chart, based on total time per chart, including the call and documentation.
  • Training: One week of paid training. You earn a flat $100 per day Monday through Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday, you’re guaranteed at least $100 per day when you complete at least 5 charts or a full day of call volume, with the chance to earn more.
  • Equipment: Your own computer (nothing to download; everything is browser-based) and a noise-canceling headset
  • Engagement: Full-time 1099 independent contractor role. Benefits are not included.
  • Growth: There are future training and lead roles available as the company grows.
