How Does 4 Corner Resources Work?
- Intake and discovery. We start with a discovery call on the role, the team, the timeline, and what success looks like in your environment. Searches begin immediately after it.
- Position profile. We turn what we learn into a recruiting profile of the hard skills, soft skills, and cultural fit the role needs. Every candidate is measured against it.
- Sourcing and screening. Our recruiters reach qualified people in our network and through targeted outreach. Every candidate who advances gets a structured screening and an interview, and we typically identify and screen candidates for submission within 48 hours.
- Candidate delivery. We send only candidates we’d hire ourselves, each with a detailed profile and our take on them. On average, our clients interview 1.4 candidates per hire.
- Hire and follow-through. We help you present the offer and check in as your new hire settles in. You choose how to pay: one all-in hourly rate for contract roles, or direct hire fees spread over 3, 6, or 12 months.
