The Real Estate Coordinator performs various real estate related duties including tracking expenses, corresponding with tenants, and point of contact for consultants. Reports to and assist the Commercial Real Estate Director.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Provides administrative support for Commercial Real Estate Director
  • Coordinates the scheduling, budgeting, and completion of real estate or site acquisition projects
  • Coordinates Real Estate Property Tax process, Storm Water fees and Special Assessments including bills and notices
  • Coordinates projects where several organizational entities are involved and follows up to ensure that all details and requirements are met
  • Monitors and reviews project expenses and invoices including P-Card expenses
  • Resolves problems encountered during daily operations and determines appropriate solutions
  • Assist with the Real Estate Property & Revenue Management software including updating data and running reports
  • Assist in fiscal year budget and revenue projections
  • Performs other related duties as required
