Administrative Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate logistics of meetings and long-term organizational assistance
  • Prepare and summarize reports and documents as requested and prepare executive summaries as needed
  • Coordinate conference calls and monitor conference call accounts and billings
  • Sort and distribute all incoming mail/FEDEX/ UPS
  • Establish and maintain corporate files and records both physically and electronically
  • Provide any additional organizational support (i.e. filing, preparing books for vendor meetings and market meetings) or any assistance on ad hoc projects/tasks
  • Monitor, review and route incoming electronic and mail communication
  • Prepare outgoing communication in a clear and professional manner
  • Monitor owner’s phone messages and provide required responses as necessary
  • Must have previous administrative/office management experience and strong in Microsoft Excel
