  • Translate business processes into use cases, user stories, process maps, data flows, and diagrams
  • Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with business users and subject matter experts
  • Identify and understand business strategy, issues, and opportunities to assist business users in identifying and prioritizing new initiatives and capabilities
  • Participation with multi-disciplinary work teams to achieve successful execution of complex implementation projects
  • Critical thinking and translation of business needs into technical requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an enterprise IT organization
  • In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with thorough understanding of various phases such as requirements, analysis/design, development and testing
  • Proven history of supporting successful IT projects
  • Outstanding relationship management, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to document business cases, requirements, and functional design documents
  • Experience in creating business workflows
  • Experience in creation of test cases
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
