Background
Pete is a seventh-generation Floridian, born in Gainesville and raised in Clearwater. He graduated from Florida State University in 1993 with a B.S. in Political Science and Communications. His career in technical recruiting began immediately after college, and he spent the next decade in leadership roles at two Fortune 500 companies before founding 4 Corner Resources.
Pete started 4 Corner Resources with a straightforward idea: build a staffing company that operates with flexibility, speed, and a personal approach, putting people ahead of process. That philosophy has driven the company from a one-person operation in Orlando to a nationally recognized firm with placements across the United States.
Personal
Pete and his college sweetheart, Jennifer, live in Gotha, Florida, raising their four children: Kate, Cole, Xander, and Mitchell. When he isn’t running 4 Corner Resources or recording daily job market updates (usually with his dogs in the background), you can find Pete traveling with his family or on stage, sharing insights on staffing, recruiting, and where AI is taking it all.
