Contract to Hire Lake Mary, FL · Onsite $18–$20/hour

 

Location: Lake Mary, FL – Fully Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | One Saturday per month required
Pay: $20/hr + Bonus
Type: 3–6 Month Contract-to-Hire

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Bilingual Loan Officer to join a growing real estate organization in Lake Mary, FL. This is a great opportunity for a licensed Loan Officer who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and wants the opportunity to earn additional income through performance-based bonuses.

Loan Officer Responsibilities

  • Handle primarily inbound calls from warm, interested leads

  • Follow up with warm leads as needed — no traditional cold calling

  • Speak with prospective borrowers to understand their financing needs and determine appropriate next steps

  • Guide borrowers through the loan application and lending process from initial conversation through closing

  • Explain loan options, requirements, documentation, and next steps clearly

  • Maintain consistent communication with borrowers throughout the process

  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and help keep loans moving toward closing

  • Maintain accurate borrower and loan information within internal systems

  • Build rapport with prospective borrowers and provide a positive customer experience

  • Meet individual performance and loan closing goals

Loan Officer Qualifications

  • Active Loan Officer license required

  • Bilingual Spanish and English required

  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening

  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently guide prospective borrowers through the lending process

  • Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail

  • Motivated by a compensation structure that rewards successful loan closings

  • Previous mortgage, lending, financial services, or sales experience preferred

Additional Information

Pay: $20/hr + bonus
