Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- The candidate must have proven exceptional interaction with end users and able to maintain ticket SLA’s by responding promptly to user requests
- Responsible for patching all endpoints utilizing SCCM and WSUS
- Utilize SCCM to develop and deploy endpoint images, as well as create/deploy software packages and custom reporting
- Create documentation of existing and new technologies for quality assurance purposes
- Create and maintain project, process, and procedure documentation
- Ability to manage medium to large projects, as well as participation in projects as a technical lead or engineer
- Management, administration, and reporting of the scan gun/HHT environment
- Manage active directory structure and group policy
- Available for after-hours and weekend support as required
Skills & Experience:
- Three years or more of relevant professional work experience in supporting an enterprise IT environment
- Experience in Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be technical and analytical
- Previous experience with endpoint anti-virus tools and troubleshooting
- Experience in managing the SCCM environment as well as troubleshooting site servers, distribution points, and managing remote clients
- Deployments utilizing OSD task sequences within SCCM
- Experience with mobile device management, including phone (iOS, Windows mobile, Android), scan guns, and OSx devices
- Knowledge of active directory and group policy management
- Experienced in PowerShell scripting
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution, including those for design, installation, administration, support, and training

- Strong background in network fundamentals and troubleshooting from endpoints
