  • Return mail, determine if there is an address to forward, remove contents of envelope and print new envelope to forward mail, as well as enter status in computer
  • Typing comments in computer with status of account, filing, and possibly ordering title searches
  • Process credit card payments in system, email members, and return payments to members via FedEx
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Collections experience and/or 3+ years in an administrative or data entry role
  • Administrative experience in a financial setting is preferred
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years of administrative/data entry and/or collections experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Solid experience with MS Word and Excel
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree
