  • Prepare routine correspondence
  • Compile report data
  • Complete reports
  • Organize and maintain files
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Pull checks or invoices on an as needed basis
  • Perform basic accounting tasks
  • Make daily bank deposits
  • Record time sheets for accounting exempt/non-exempt accounting/billing personnel
  • Perform research on various check status
