Description:
The Accounting Clerk performs office or clerical duties which are moderately complex according to set procedures and light accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare routine correspondence
- Compile report data
- Complete reports
- Organize and maintain files
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Pull checks or invoices on an as needed basis
- Perform basic accounting tasks
- Make daily bank deposits
- Record time sheets for accounting exempt/non-exempt accounting/billing personnel
- Perform research on various check status
