Crystal is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), where she earned her B.A. in Marketing. She began her career in recruiting shortly after graduation and quickly discovered a passion for connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
Crystal joined 4 Corner Resources in 2012 as a Recruiter and now serves as the company’s Director of Strategic Growth. She leads business development efforts nationwide with a focus on IT and corporate staffing. Known for her tenacity, direct communication style, and client-first mentality, Crystal has helped expand the firm’s national footprint and deliver results for some of the country’s most recognizable brands.
Outside the office, you’ll find her biking through her neighborhood with her husband, daughter, and son—or on a mission to uncover Orlando’s best local coffee and dining spots.
