  • Trading and settlement
  • Process income such as dividends and interest
  • Bond pay-down, mortgages, security transfer
  • Cash deposits, check, wire, ACH, ACATS, bill pay
  • Account opening, closing and fees
  • Reconciliations related to:
    • DTC, cash, money markets, mutual funds, mortgages
    • FNBB (fed), real estate (including taxes and insurance)
    • Unique asset/valuation audit
  • EFTPS processing (tax estimates and payments)
  • Manage statements and alerts
  • Customer relationship management
  • Service desk activities
  • Monitor phone queue and portal
  • Manage assigned issue backlog
  • Incident management
  • Subject matter expert activities
  • Generate user stories from ideas
  • Scanning, filing, faxing and mailing
