Senior Financial Analyst
4 Corner Resources is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst. This hybrid role offers the chance to play a key part in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for a Resort Management organization, partnering directly with business leaders to shape financial strategy.
Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support the monthly forecast process, including identifying and implementing process improvements, validating key inputs, and partnering with business stakeholders.
- Support recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables.
- Support the annual budget process and long-range planning.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis across various aspects of resort servicing operations.
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- 3 to 5 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
- Previous experience with forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and streamline reports using complex functions.
- Strong self-starter able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills, both independently and within a team.
- Well organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing projects.
- Ability to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of an organization.
Senior Financial Analyst Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality or vacation ownership industry.
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Essbase.
Senior Financial Analyst Details:
- Schedule: Hybrid — in office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; remote Thursday and Friday.
