Healthcare Audit Coordinator (RADV)

Contract FL · Remote $20–$23/hour

4 Corner Resources is hiring a Healthcare Audit Coordinators (RADV) to support a large-scale healthcare audit initiative for an established healthcare organization. This is a fully remote, 6-month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension beyond a year based on current workload. It's a great fit for candidates with experience in Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, or healthcare auditing who are comfortable working with data, medical records, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Healthcare Audit Coordinator (RADV) Responsibilities:

  • Support healthcare compliance audits, including RADV (Risk Adjustment Data Validation) audits
  • Perform data analysis and reporting in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
  • Work with medical charts and protected health information (PHI) while maintaining HIPAA compliance
  • Create audit reports and presentations using PowerPoint
  • Coordinate meetings and manage schedules through Outlook
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders in a high call volume environment

Healthcare Audit Coordinator (RADV) Qualifications:

  • Experience in Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, or healthcare auditing
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong HIPAA and PHI handling experience
  • Experience managing high call volume
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Healthcare Audit Coordinator (RADV) Details:

  • Location: Fully remote, must reside in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MS, NC, NE, NV, NH, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WY
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET
  • Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour
  • Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
