Computer Repair Technician
4 Corner Resources is hiring Computer Technicians to join a fast-paced technical team in Orlando. These hands-on opportunities support the repair, imaging, and preparation of computer devices in a high-volume production environment. Whether your experience is in hardware repair or software imaging, we have an opportunity for you.
Role 1: Repair Technician
- Pay: $17.00/hr.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Primary Focus: Diagnose and repair computer hardware
- Replace components as needed
- Support high-volume device repair operations
- Perform quality checks to ensure devices are functioning properly
Role 2: Imaging/QC Technician
- Pay: $16.00/hr.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Primary Focus: Software imaging, device configuration, and quality control (no hardware repairs)
- Image and configure approximately 300 laptops per shift
- Install software updates and prepare devices for deployment
- Perform final quality inspections
- Ensure devices meet shipping and configuration standards
Qualifications (Both positions):
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check
- At least 6 months of experience working with computers or electronics preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 8/10 and Server 2012/2016)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and sit for extended periods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to assist with general warehouse duties as needed
