Sr. Marketing Analytics Analyst
4 Corner Resources is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst for a fast-moving digital analytics and testing team based in Orlando. The team covers digital analytics and testing across Marketing, Analytics, and business leadership.
Responsibilities
- Analyze paid and owned channel performance to surface trends, creative insights, and optimization opportunities
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI across digital and offline channels
- Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models and incrementality testing frameworks
- Design and execute A/B tests using statistically sound methods
- Conduct customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and lifecycle/retention analytics
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting tools
- Query and validate large datasets using SQL and cloud platforms
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or growth analytics
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience at scale
- Direct experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and BigQuery
- Working knowledge of attribution models, A/B testing, and marketing measurement methodology
- Experience with customer segmentation, funnel analysis, or audience analytics
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- R, Python, or Databricks experience
- Background in incrementality testing or advanced attribution
- Forecasting or predictive analytics applied to marketing investment
- Exposure to AI tools or automation workflows in an analytics context
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and marketing technology platforms
Additional Details:
- Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
- Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr.
- Employment Type: Contract (12 months, potential to convert)
