Contract to Hire Myrtle Beach, SC · Onsite $17–$19/hour

Job Title: Outbound Call Center Representative
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC – Onsite
Shifts:

  • AM Shift: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • PM Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: 

  • AM Shift: $17/HR + performance bonuses
  • PM Shift: $19/hour + performance bonuses

We’re hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC. In this role, you’ll engage with guests by phone to help them plan and book their ideal vacation experience. Required Qualifications

  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to strong attendance
  • Comfortable working in a structured, goal-driven environment
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn and improve
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to guests interested in planning vacations
  • Guide customers through destination options, booking dates, and reservation details
  • Process payments and accurately confirm all booking information
  • Provide helpful recommendations and address guest questions or concerns
  • Build strong product and destination knowledge to better assist guests
  • Use effective sales techniques to create urgency and drive bookings
  • Deliver friendly, engaging service on every call
  • Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance performance
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
