The Digital Marketing Manager will be someone with loves people, technology, social media, and the opportunity to blend them all together daily! Someone who is willing to grow and expand their marketing efforts to a new level.

The primary tasks for the role include:

  • Updating and expanding company’s social media channels
  • Planning, creating, and tracking social media campaigns
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas to engage new audiences and markets
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content
  • Creating and maintaining social calendars
  • Utilizing digital analytics tools to track marketing effort effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team in online written and visual content creation
  • Managing/planning company outings

Behavior inherent in this position:
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies, preferably in advertising, communications, marketing or business
  • Must have a foundational understanding of basic digital marketing concepts and a strong familiarity with all major social media platforms
  • Must have basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be dedicated, punctual, and highly organized
  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • A desire to learn more about digital media is a plus as there will be opportunity to assist with design of marketing assets
