The call came in 2007. A prospective client called to ask if we could staff 90 new openings for customer service and collections roles. At the time, our call center experience was practically nonexistent, but they turned to us, a technical staffing company (only) at the time, due to having difficulty finding quality candidates.

Literally and figuratively, our team answered the call and developed a proprietary recruiting process specifically for the outsourcing industry. We delivered back then, and have continued to do so as we’ve successfully placed thousands of employees throughout the years.
