Service Desk Analyst


4 Corner Resources is looking for a Service Desk Analyst located in the Orlando area.


  • Documents resolutions and updates the knowledge base.
  • Participates in new hire orientations, office moves, and PC/laptop setup and configuration
  • Alerts management on important or reoccurring issues called into the Help Desk

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems over the phone
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with professional service firms recommended
  • A+ Certification preferred
