Secretary/Administrator I


4 Corner Resources is looking for a Secretary/ Administrator I located in the Orlando area.


  • Complete validation and comparison of time entered
  • Enter timesheet data for exempt Cast resources
  • Compile spreadsheets in Excel
  • Send emails and complete documentation
  • Assist with other clerical tasks assigned by lead as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience using Clarity PPL and SAP
  • 3+ years of administrative or heavy data entry experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
