Customer Support Engineer


4 Corner Resources is looking for a Customer Support Engineer located in the Orlando area.


  • Support the technical team by providing different services to end user customers
  • Support the technical team in providing site-based configuration and software services including software upgrades
  • Deliver a customer support help desk service involving telephone calls and e-mails from customers
  • Ensure the functionality and correct configuration of all machines being shipped from Orlando.
  • Conduct technical investigations, checks and data assembly as directed by management.
  • Carry out screening of returned devices to confirm fault diagnosis and analysis
  • Repair broken devices as required
  • Ensure final testing of count by weight machine devices prior to dispatch from Orlando
  • Contribute to technical projects where required
  • Support in different departments, such as warehouse, may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Strong time management skills
  • 1+ year experience with electrical hardware
  • Previous soldering experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2 years experience with printer circuit boards
