Compensation Administrator


4 Corner Resources is looking for a Compensation Administrator located in the Bradenton area.


  • Respond to inquiries from store associates relating to compensation and HR data issues, such as incorrect job codes and pay rates.
  • Assist with data validation for store associate job records
  • Provide store associate average pay rates for emergency and suspension pay calculations.
  • Calculate vacation pay outs for terminated store associates and forward to payroll for processing. Recalculate Part Time Sales Lead vacation earnings not calculated properly by the system.
  • Calculate Canadian overtime, sick, vacation, and holiday pay. Upload files to the payroll system for processing.
  • Recalculate wages for retroactive changes/corrections greater than 6 weeks in the past and upload files to the payroll system for processing.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, business or other related field preferred or its equivalent in experience
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Minimum 1 year of payroll experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient use of PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 preferred
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
