Tactical work inherent in this position:

  • Leverage 4 Corner’s technologies and tools to locate prospective candidates for its client companies
  • Discuss and acknowledge candidates’ stated drivers and priorities
  • Explicitly follow recruiting systems and process outlined in 4 Corner’s Training Manual
  • Build, update and maintain candidate profiles in 4CR database
  • Screen prospective candidates by phone through the 4CP to ensure their qualifications
  • Interview prospective candidates in person and fill out in house interview template
  • Discern candidate quality based on subjective factors
  • Check candidates’ Manager-level references
  • Edit and prepare resumes before submittal to client
  • Put together candidate write up for submittal to clients
  • Obtain referrals
  • Set prospective client meetings
  • Complete pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug tests, and skill assessments
  • React to clients’ needs when Client Manager is out of the office

  • Build lasting relationships with prospective candidates and contractors
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective candidates, contractors, and successful hires
  • Develop new client opportunities through recruiting process
  • Stay current with local market conditions and hiring trends
  • Identify networking opportunities, and attend professional association meetings
  • Proactive identification and retention of quality candidates for future placement

Job Requirements:

  • 2 + years of sales or recruiting experience specifically within a metric driven environment to include a successful track record
  • A strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Previous history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment
  • Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
