Effectively and efficiently develop and execute SEO strategies while continuing work on the day to day management and optimization of client content to ensure all work continues to be elevated. You will communicate directly with both the client and other team members (account coordinators, account executives, specialists, strategists, director) in order to ensure accounts are achieving the outlined goals and objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Knowledge of online marketing campaigns for clients and the organization including SEM (paid search)
  • Recommend and assist with updates to company and client websites to increase overall website effectiveness and SEO by monitoring and testing campaigns to optimize effectiveness and ensure ROI
  • Create, implement and monitor SEO and PPC strategy to drive traffic and conversation rates
  • Ensure effective control of online marketing results, and makes suggestions to specialists to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives occurs within designated budgets
  • Conduct market research and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Evaluate market trends through assessment of competitive products and marketing activities
  • Analyze campaigns and identify trends to optimize the campaigns to produce the maximum ROI for the company and its clients
  • Research and evaluate market and adjust to new trends to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Assist in implementing all tracking mechanisms on websites and monitor website analytics and online conversations
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout product lines
  • Analyze current research and statistical techniques, and evaluates the latest research developments to develop new market research methods
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise of SEM strategies
  • Plan, organize, and coordinates assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources


  • Must have complete understanding of SEO best practices and knowledge of search engine criteria, and optimization, in addition to capability to implement Google webmaster guidelines
  • Experience with link building/acquisition, content development and a full understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO techniques is required
  • Experience in developing SEO-friendly web content to include strategic primary and secondary key-phrase placement within the accurate product copy to maximize the opportunities
  • Expertise with campaigns and SEO Projects
  • Support SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimization
  • Experience using appropriate tools to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns
  • Experience optimizing landing pages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
