Responsibilities:
- Enter timesheet data from Clarity PPM into SAP
- Validation/comparison of time entered between Clarity and SAP Compiling spreadsheets in Excel
- Sending emails
- Documentation
- Assist with other clerical tasks assigned by the manager and/or lead
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience using Clarity PPM
- Data Entry: 4 years
- SAP: 3 years
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative and/or heavy data entry experience
- Proficient in data entry skills and/or typing skills
- Prior experience working with SAP is strongly desired but not required
- Must have demonstrated Excel experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must, including the ability to accurately trace steps
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Must have high level of engagement and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
