The Product Analyst is responsible for product strategy, and concept development. The Product Analyst will also work closely with Operations, Design, Analytics, Engineering and Executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications.


  • Support the Product team in understanding and executing the strategic direction of digital products
  • The Product Analyst will be responsible for translating that direction into various document types, including requirement documents, mind maps, user stories and product specifications
  • Responsible for understanding and executing the digital strategic direction of a product line, as outlined by the Product team
  • Maintain strategic partnerships
  • Manage the feature development and defect backlog on a daily basis to ensure that priorities adhere to the strategic direction outlined by the Product team
  • Ensure the execution of creative assets developed in support of a feature, such as the visual design, content strategy and copywriting, adhere to the strategic vision
  • Attend daily Scrums with development studios to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks
  • Support multiple cross-functional teams/development studios to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope
  • Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with organizations to build and manage scope expectations
  • Translate the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements (ensures appropriate delivery of those requirements across the development lifecycle)
  • Assist the Product team in translating the digital vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the organization

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in order to understand our rapidly evolving product, business and guest needs
  • Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to constant change in short term and long-term objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in schedule to perform ad hoc queries and project escalation issues
  • Experience evaluating technology solutions for fit and viability against use cases as well as evaluating the companies for viability
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to very effectively present a compelling vision and story at an executive level
  • Ability to communicate and rally teams and individuals around a vision
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions
  • Excellent collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to package, pitch and sell innovative thinking

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
