This position will manage marketing efforts focused on expanding the client’s reach and awareness within key audiences through multiple communication channels. A key element is to position content focused campaigns that exhibit authority and expertise in relevant fields. The Marketing Manager will be directly responsible for asset development, project management, analysis and optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design systems and process to monitor and track the success of strategic marketing program and initiatives
  • Work to help creative and execute on viable marketing communications strategies to ensure continuous brand relevance
  • Assign and review content, establish and enforce deadlines, provide editorial guidelines as needed
  • Organize assets, both written and visual, in preparation for campaign execution
  • Work with execution team to ensure full deployment of campaign across all channels
  • Work with analytical team to produce reporting that reflects campaign performance
  • Present campaign performance, obstacles, and solutions for improvement
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of prospective student audiences and relevant educational offerings
  • Effectively use available data resources to inform campaign optimization strategy

  • Ability to proactively identify communications opportunities and develop supporting material collaboratively with the marketing communications group
  • Use of project management skills to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing programs
  • Ability to concurrently support and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly assess marketing programs and provide feedback to production teams
  • Able to clearly present campaign analysis and other information to groups

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Five years of prior work experience in marketing

Computer/Equipment Skills:

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Specialized experience in Google AdWords preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
