Description:

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for implementing the product strategy and user experience for the company’s digital properties including web, mobile, and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Create project briefs, establish timelines and project roadmaps regarding digital launches and updates
  • Provide digital project management to execute projects to plan and on schedule
  • Creatively solve problems related to timing, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, technical, marketing, and business
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to identify and implement customer acquisition and engagement opportunities
  • Support the visual image of the company by closely aligning digital properties to brand standards and guidelines
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives
  • Provide oversight and quality control on all deliverables
  • Constantly look to innovate, learn new technologies and create compelling digital experiences

Competencies:

  • Expertise in defining, building and maintaining digital product roadmaps
  • In-depth knowledge of digital content development, online user engagement and community management
  • Skilled at defining and managing innovative strategies for integrated digital properties
  • Web user interface design experience
  • Experience with responsive layouts is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Adobe products, HTML and CSS coding
  • Experience with bringing together cross-functional teams
  • Mindful of digital best practices and with an eye for experience design
  • Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to collaborate closely with creatives
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, organization, collaboration and presentation skills

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of four years of professional experience as a digital project manager or web producer; e-commerce experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Experience building, launching and managing online experiences, including large websites and marketing programs

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, Keynote, Excel, and Outlook
  • Understand core technologies related to the development of digital assets
