Description:
The Senior Paid Marketing (PPC) Specialist is a high-level position that will develop and execute paid campaigns in support of website projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage SEM/PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook and Yahoo by setting up targeting, bids, budgets and creative
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly spend and performance reports for all ad platforms across all projects to ensure leads, CPL and budget meet established goals
- Communicate performance updates to executive leadership
- Evaluate and test new marketing platforms to increase quality traffic and leads
- Detect anomalies within websites, ad platforms, traffic performance, and lead management system to ensure campaigns are optimized effectively
- Generate ideas and execute A/B test for ad creative and landing pages
- Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in paid marketing and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on these changes
- Meet or beat deadlines and independently generate priority lists to improve account performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEM managing multiple accounts
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to combine data from multiple sources and manipulate to analyze and interpret business performance
- Proficient with AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager and Marin (or other third party optimization tools)
- Proficient with Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce (or other CRM reporting platforms)
- Basic knowledge of Google Optimize, Optimizely, Crazyegg and other landing page optimization software
