Management: 

  • Create social media programs to garner ongoing brand exposure, brand advocacy and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and grow brand presence on social networking sites, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, blogs and seeding content into social applications as needed

Operation: 

  • Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the company to assure effectiveness of this integrated marketing/customer engagement arena
  • Manage Social Media to guide postings, tweets, responses and transfer of customer complaints to Customer Service
  • Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities for online advocacy, editorial copy, community outreach efforts, promotions, G.O. announcements, etc.
  • Become an advocate of the company in social media space and engage in dialog and answer questions where appropriate
  • Monitor effectiveness benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs
  • Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
  • Utilize good judgment in safeguarding the company image in responses and outreach in all social media outreach
  • Oversee online contests, polls, product giveaways and sweepstakes that are included in social media platforms
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, sites, audience and applications

Partnership, Support, and Integration: 

  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of strategies, processes to ensure social media growth

Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Must possess strong understanding of technology and how to leverage social media as part of a complete marketing strategy
  • 4+ years of experience working with Social Media Strategy
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be deployed
  • Team player, with confidence to take the lead and guide others where necessary
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task & prioritize assignments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point and Excel
