Responsibilities:
- Responsible for email design and implementation
- Responsible for the design and aesthetics of organization properties including HP, web banners, digital ads, affiliates and wireframes
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, following brand guidelines and seasonal font and color direction for every project
- Demonstrate ownership on all assigned projects and follow through on all phases of production to execution
- Participate in the creation of fresh new marketing ideas for the business
- Work within a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
- Organize and maintain design assets/collateral
- Preparing layouts and mock-ups for visual presentations
- Ensuring all designs are brand appropriate and are up to par with industry standards within the competitive market
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team members and other key stakeholders to ensure that all design solutions meet deadlines, objectives, and budget parameters
Experience:
- Degree in Graphic Design (Web Design / Multimedia) or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in the digital, e-Commerce retail fashion industry
- The ability to work independently, solve problems and adhere to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a must (some HTML/CSS a big plus)
- Strong creative problem solving skills; ability to interpret analytical thinking into design concepts
- Strong design fundamentals, style and fashion (type, image, color and compositing)
- Strong comprehension of design functionality, inter-activeness, responsive designs, principles and guidelines across all platforms
- Resourceful self-starter who gets things done
- Highly organized with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills required
