Description:
The Digital Media Planner position is responsible for the development and management of marketing campaigns that leverage but are not limited to linear TV, streaming, cinema, digital display, digital streaming, OOH, email, direct mail, search and social platforms. This position will work closely with internal activation team members, marketing strategy partners and our external media agency to develop strategic recommendation on an optimal media mix for multiple lines of businesses within the portfolio. In this role you will work regularly with our client’s agency to ensure the best investment of advertising dollars. You will be required to be the media and direct marketing expert across the organization, collaborating with other teams to provide them with comprehensive solutions to our clients’ business needs.
Tasks: 
  • Create integrated customer engagement plans across all tactics/touchpoints
  • Partner with our client’s Marketing Analytics team on Marketing Mix Models
  • Develop a high level consumer journey in partnership with the Message Activation team
  • Manage agency Buying teams and partner with Internal Activation teams to bring plans to market
  • Orchestrate performance report outs and share learnings on a consistent basis
  • Provide support and leadership for upfronts (including online media, XLOB) as needed
  • Lead in incident response across all LOBs
  • Coordinate communication of plan elements with all relevant partners
  • Monitor media budgets and flowcharts for accuracy
  • Evaluate and recommend new emerging media opportunities and incorporate into dynamic media planning process
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with upfronts in broadcasting in the television industry (advertising)
  • Previous experience as a CE Planner
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of work experience in media agency and/or client side marketing
  • Must be well-versed in all media (video, audio, digital, OOH, EM, DM etc.)
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Very important to understand budgeting for the right mix of media across lines of business/campaigns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting time-sensitive project goals
  • Proven ability to think strategically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with and present to individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Must have a dynamic personality and the ability to build strong, strategic relationships with internal and third party partners
  • Highly-motivated, creative thinker and problem solver
