  • Pulling and coding massive amounts of data using SQL
  • Translate results into presentations, creating executive-level reports primarily using SQL Server
  • Reporting, adhoc reporting, forecasting, trends, market research, database oriented
  • Forecasting key metrics including sales volume, conversion rate, and required lead amounts for campaigns targeting existing owners, including Direct Sales
  • Provide pre-and post-campaign analysis on e-mail and direct mail marketing campaigns to indicate performance on key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion
  • Create and maintain automated operational reports for both inbound and outbound call centers for a variety of different factors, including agent behavior and efficiency, payroll verification, department budget variance, and call quality
  • Create metrics by which to measure data in the call center operations area
  • Areas of analysis include marketing operations process and financial analysis, market segmentation, predictive modeling, package analysis, trend analysis, campaign analysis, forecasting, variance analysis and explanation, and timely performance reporting
  • Translate analyses into high-level, executive presentations with emphasis on delivery of meaningful information and comparisons providing insight into drivers of decisions
