Description/Comment:
- Oversee finance / budget responsibilities for a single department
- Analyze, measure and recognize the financial impact of various departmental actions
- Participate in analyzing and using financial data to identify key issues
- Assist department leadership with the budgeting cycle and the monitoring of budgets
- Prepare and provide department budgets and forecasts
- Maintain budget tracking tools and monitor budget expenditures
- Manage fee structures
- Forecast potential gains and losses
- Assist in preparing timely periodic financial statements summarizing department’s financial status
Basic Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar field or related work experience
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles with extensive understanding of establishing, documenting, and tracking budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Clarity or PPM tools a plus
Required Education:
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
